When will I receive my product?
As soon as your payment is received your license key is sent to you by email immediately (even if you have ordered the backup CD). You can download the latest trial version from the
download section and use your register key to unlock it.
I purchased the software and did not receive my license key, what should I do?
If it has been more than 48 hours, send in a support request using our
contact page with your full name, email address you used when you purchased, the order ID and what registration service you used. Your request will be disposed in 3 business days.
My email address has changed, what information do I need to send to have my registration information updated?
Send in a General support request via our
contact page stating you want your information updated and include: Name of the software, your full name, old email address, new email address, order ID, date of purchase and the register key of your software. Your request will be disposed in 3 business days. Attition: Your email address is the account name which login to consumer center also, the modification will update your account name of your consumer center to new email address which you provided.
I have lost the software, how do I get it back?
You can download our software at anytime from the
download section. If you lost your register key also, please login to your consumer center and get it back. If you need a specific version please contact us via our
contact page and explain why you need that version in particular.
I have lost the password for my consumer center, how do I get it back?
You can login to your consumer center via order id and register code of your software also. Otherwise, we provide a
password retrieval service for our consumer. You just need type the e-mail address for your Allead Soft Consumer Center account and click Submit button, an email will be send to your email address with your login information. Your email address and password are exclusive identity in Allead Soft! Please make sure that your entered is accurate and usable.
What is your upgrade policy?
Each license allows all upgrade in life time for your software. When a new version of your software has been released, an notification will show in your consumer center. The email notification will been send to you email address also. You can download the last version in the
download page and unlock it used the primary register code. If the new version need a new register code, you will get it from the consuumer center notification and the email notification.
What is your refund policy?
Allead Soft full refund of your payment in the following cases:
When you stably encounter an error which is preventing you from using our software properly, and if we are not able to correct the error within an acceptable period of time or are unable to suggest a temporary solution. Please, NOTE! In this case refund is only given if you provide detailed information about your error, requested by our support staff, such as screenshots of error messages, log files, detailed descriptions of your actions, file samples, etc.
If you experience hardware incompatibility issues (our software does not support your hardware, e.g. - capture card or DVD Drive) that prevents you from using our software properly and we are unable to eliminate the incompatibility within an acceptable period of time or suggest a temporary solution.
If you accidentally bought the software more than once.
My unlock key does not work, how do I fix it?
Firstly, make sure your got the last version for your software. You download the last version in any time from our
download section. Secondly, make sure that the register code you got is match for your software which you want unlock. Thirdly, make sure that the user of windows have the right for modify register list of windows system. If it is still invalidation, please send in a support request using our
contact page with your full name, email address you used when you purchased, the order ID and what registration service you used. Your request will be disposed in 3 business days.
Is there a functional difference between the trial and the registered version?
Most trial versions are not limited in their function. We highly recommend to test before you buy, to make sure your hardware is compatible with the product you want to obtain. Most of our trial versions are output limited. You can write only 5 MB output file for your case. By registering you unlock the application, so it can be used without limit and you can contact our technical support team in case you have problems.
